Our cooking is rooted in seasonality, with menus shaped by the best produce available and guided by technique, balance, and respect for tradition. We celebrate the richness of Filipino food while pushing it forward. We aim to create thoughtful, expressive dishes in a kitchen that values collaboration, curiosity, and care.


Donia won the Michelin Bib Gourmand award in just its first year of opening and has been featured in top publications such as The Evening Standard, The Financial Times, Vogue and GQ. Acclaimed food critic, Jimi Famurewa has also named Donia the best new restaurant of 2024.
