Toasteé

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House to join our Toasteé team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, managing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organised environment. Duties:Customer Service:<ul><li>Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Take orders accurately and provide information on menu items, including allergens.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues in a calm and professional way.</li></ul> Barista &amp; Food Preparation:<ul><li>Prepare high quality espresso based and specialty drinks to specification.</li><li>Prepare in house sauces and hot products safely and to company standards of quality and presentation.</li><li>Ensure consistency and presentation of all beverages meets company standards.</li><li>Stay informed about seasonal specials and promotional items.</li></ul> Shop Presentation &amp; Hygiene:<ul><li>Keep the store clean, tidy, and well stocked at all times.</li><li>Maintain attractive displays of baked goods.</li><li>Assist with clearing tables, dishwashing, and general upkeep during busy periods.</li></ul> Team Collaboration:<ul><li>Communicate effectively to manage workflow during peak times.</li><li>Help with training and supporting new team members when needed.</li><li>Working with the Marketing Team to produce content for social media platforms.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Good coffee knowledge is a plus but training will be given</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition are essential for interacting with customers.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.</li><li>Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while being part of a dynamic team!</li></ul> Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits:<ul><li>Discounted or free food</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul> Schedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul>
