Toasteé

We are seeking a welcoming and strong leader to manage our Toasteé team. In this role the Manager will ensue excellent customer service is provided, enforce efficient workflows, team performance, and compliance with health and safety standards. The manager is also responsible for meeting financial goals and creating a welcoming and professional environment. Duties:Customer Service:<ul><li>Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Take orders accurately and provide information on menu items, including allergens.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues in a calm and professional way.</li></ul> Shop Presentation &amp; Hygiene:<ul><li>Keep the store clean, tidy, and well stocked at all times.</li><li>Maintain attractive displays of baked goods.</li><li>Assist with clearing tables, dishwashing, and general upkeep during busy periods.</li></ul> Operations Management:<ul><li>Open and close the shop according to the schedule.</li><li>Ensure the coffee shop is clean, organised, and well stocked.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.</li><li>Quality checking products are up to company standards.</li></ul> Team Leadership:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and manage Toastee staff</li><li>Schedule shifts and monitor staff performance.</li><li>Foster a positive and motivated work environment.</li></ul> Customer Experience:<ul><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.</li><li>Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Financial Management:<ul><li>Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses.</li><li>Conduct daily cash reconciliations and manage inventory.</li><li>Analyse sales reports and suggest strategies to boost revenue.</li></ul> Compliance and Safety:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and maintain necessary certifications.</li></ul> Marketing and Promotions:<ul><li>Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract customers.</li><li>Collaborate on social media marketing and community outreach initiatives.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Level 3 Food Safety &amp; Hygiene certificate is preferred. </li><li>Proven experience in quick service restaurant management.</li><li>Strong leadership and organisational abilities.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Strong coffee knowledge</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.</li></ul> Job Types: Full-time Benefits:<ul><li>Discounted or free food</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul> Schedule:<ul><li>48 hours a week</li><li>5 days a week</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends</li></ul>
